Hilleberg: Tents for everyone's adventures
For over 50 years, Hilleberg has focused exclusively on building the highest quality tents and shelters.
We have been family owned and family operated since our start in 1971 in northern Sweden. We are not just dedicated “tent makers”; we are also a team of avid tent users, and we invite you to explore our site to learn more about who we are and how we make our tents.
The Hilleberg Label System
We categorize our tents into four categories, or "Labels": Black, Red, Yellow, or Blue, each representing a performance range based on materials, construction or both. This grouping makes it straightforward to see the differences within our line, and so makes selecting the right Hilleberg tent for you much easier.
Black Label tents are the best choice if you want the most comfort and greatest ease of handling, and/or if absolute all-season strength is your highest priority.
Red Label tents are the best choice if you want general all-season strength & stability and if light weight is your highest priority.
Yellow Label tents are the best choice if light weight is your highest priority and if you travel in the snow-free months and in protected terrain, or in warmer climates.
Blue Label tents are the best choice for all-season group use where either group sleeping shelter or gathering space is an important part of the trip.
