Purchase & Shipping Information

Please contact your nearest Hilleberg Dealer in your area. If there is no dealer in your area you can order directly from us.

You may place your order on the web-site or by phone, fax or mail.

Orders may be placed with your credit card. We accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as Pay Pal. Cashiers or personal checks are accepted with mail in orders.

Washington state residents pay 8.9% sales tax with their orders. Orders from all other US states pay no sales tax.

Orders over $200 are shipped for FREE anywhere in the US with Ground shipping. A handling fee of $5 will be added to orders under $200. For faster shipping the following methods can be added to your order.

Overnight
Orders totaling $575 or less add $40
Orders totaling $575 or more add $45

2-Day
Orders totaling $575 or less add $25
Orders totaling $575 or more add $30

International Orders

**Because we work with dealers in the following countries, we do not ship to: Japan, Korea, Hong-Kong or any European Country.**

Other international orders are shipped with Express Shipping. With this shipping method your tent will arrive within a few days. The shipping charges for orders up to $575 or less are $65 and for orders over $575 they are $80. Please remember to select this shipping option when placing an order for outside the U.S. or Canada.

*Due to previous problems with shipping we only ship with Fed Ex express shipping to Canada. Your tent will arrive very soon after placing your order.

For all international and Canadian orders please remember that import duty charges will be added when your shipment arrives in customs.

Hilleberg Quality is Your Warranty

All items are covered by a lifetime warranty. Damages from accidents, inappropriate handling or lack of care are not covered under the warranty. All repairs not covered by the warranty will be carried out at a minimal cost. Both for hygiene reasons and for the protection of our repair equipment, tents sent to us for repair work must be clean and dry. We reserve the right to return dirty tents without effecting any repair.

You can never buy the "wrong" tent from us. You have the right to return the product to us within 15 days provided it is in new condition (not pitched outside). As soon as we have received and approved the returned goods, you will be credited within a few days.
